CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-in is possible from 17:00 (Obviously allowed earlier, but we cannot guarantee that the accommodation will be available before 16:00). Luggage can be deposited at the reception at your own risk so you can use the hotel facilities carefree or explore the area in advance.
This is also possible upon departure.
The latest check-out time for both the apartments and the rooms is 10:00 a.m.

How do I check my reservation?
Please review your reservation carefully. Check that the number of people, length of stay, and meal plan are correct.
Notice an error? Contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it immediately.

You can find the current opening hours of the swimming pool on our website.
In case of technical closure of the swimming pool, no compensation will be granted.

Changes or cancellations of activities do not entitle you to compensation.
Some activities require a fee, such as crafts and kayaking.

Is access to the gym included?
Yes, access to the fitness center is included in the price of your stay.

In case of technical closure, no compensation is provided.
Is there a smoking ban at Vayamundo Houffalize?
Yes. Smoking is prohibited indoors throughout the entire holiday center.
What happens in case of a late booking?
If you book shortly before departure, prepayment is no longer possible.
In that case, you pay for the entire stay upon check-in.
After payment you will immediately receive your key card.
Is Vayamundo Houffalize accessible by public transport?
Yes. You can:

Change to TEC bus 1011 towards Houffalize

It is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop
