Please read the reservation carefully. Is the number of people, the period, the meals, etc. correct? Notify us immediately if something is not right.

Payment Methods

In the club you can use the following payment methods: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Payconiq and cash. Ecocheques (Edenred/Pluxee/Monizze) are accepted (only for the stay).

Terms of payment

As soon as the advance has been paid, the reservation is final. One month before arrival we ask to pay the balance so that the file is fully paid upon arrival. This makes checking in a lot easier.
 

When is the pool open?

• View the opening hours of the swimming pool.

• If the swimming pool is closed for technical reasons, no compensation will be granted.

Animation

• The animation program is offered during weekends, Belgian school holidays and Activa midweeks.

• A change or cancellation of one of these activities will not be reimbursed.

• Some activities are paid such as crafts and kayaking.

• The animation program is available on the website.
   

Fitness

• Access to the fitness center is included in the price of your stay.

• See opening hours fitnesshouffalize.be/horaires. Reservation is necessary.

• If the fitness is closed for technical reasons, no compensation will be granted.

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited inside the holiday centre.

​

Late booking

• If you have only booked shortly before departure, payment can of course no longer be made in advance.

• The full payment of the file must then be made at check-in.

• After payment of the file you will receive the key card.

Special diets
Every day we offer a vegetarian alternative to our buffet. Lactose-free and/or gluten-free products are available for breakfast. If you follow a different diet, please let us know and we will offer you an alternative.

Residence tax

Price per person per night:

+ 12 years : € 1.30 | child 4 - 11 years: € 0.60

Linen
Sheets and towels are provided in the hotel rooms and the beds are made upon arrival. You must bring your own towels for the pool.

Daily maintenance
Every day the bathroom is refreshed, the towels are changed, the bed is made (sheets are changed after 7 days) and the floor of the room is vacuumed.

Are all rooms equipped with a refrigerator?
Only the twin rooms, adapted rooms and family flats are equipped with a refrigerator. If, for example, medical matters need to be cooled, you can hand them in at the reception.

Babies
You can spoil your baby in our BabyCorner. It is a room completely adapted to the little ones with a chair to feed your child quietly, a changing mat, a microwave oven and a bottle warmer.

Closed garage

Parking spaces are available near our club. We also offer access to our covered garage for 5 € per night. Reservation only possible on site subject to availability.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the club. Assistance dogs are of course allowed everywhere.

 

Wi-Fi

There is free internet in the entire building. The code is available at the reception.
