The room or apartment is always available from 16:00 and must be released before 10:30. Are you coming to Ostend a little earlier? No problem, you can safely and leave your luggage in the free luggage room opposite the reception.

Can I bring my pet on holiday?
Pets are not allowed in the club. Assistance dogs are, of course, welcome everywhere.
Do I need to bring bed linen or towels?
Bed linen is always provided. Towels are included in hotel rooms. If you stay in an apartment, please bring your own towels.
Does my room or apartment have sea view?
Not all accommodations have sea view. You can request this when booking (extra charge and subject to availability).
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard and cash. Eco vouchers (Edenred, Pluxee, Monizze) are accepted for accommodation payment.
Can I come by public transport?
Yes. Take the train to Ostend, then the Coastal Tram towards De Panne. Get off at “Mariakerke Duinenkerkje”, right in front of the club.
Can friends or family join me later during my stay?
Yes. For guests joining later we ask a contribution of €5.00 per person, per night. Extra meal tickets can be purchased at reception.

Yes, Vayamundo Ostende is 100% smoke-free.
Do I need to clean my apartment before leaving?
We kindly ask guests to leave their apartment tidy upon departure, so the next family can enjoy their stay immediately.
Can I rent a beach cabin?
Yes, from June to September you can rent a beach cabin for €35.00 per day.
What is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is €5.00 per accommodation, per night.
Is there a laundry room?
Yes, a laundry with washing machine and dryer is available (paying).
Is there free wifi?
Yes, free wifi is available in rooms, apartments and common areas.
Do you offer entertainment for children and adults?
Absolutely! During every holiday period our animation team provides a wide programme of sports, games and activities for all ages.
Is the club accessible for guests with reduced mobility?
Yes, Vayamundo Ostende has adapted rooms and accessible facilities. Please mention this when booking so we can welcome you in the best possible way.
