How can I make a reservation?
Book online for free. : it's the fastest and easiest way to make a reservation. You can a make a price simulation on our booking module of any type of lodging in any period. You immediately see the availability and you go through the different options before proceeding to payment.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
The room or apartment is always available from 16:00 and must be released before 10:30. Are you coming to Ostend a little earlier? No problem, you can safely and leave your luggage in the free luggage room opposite the reception.

Can my pet come with me on holiday?
Pets are not allowed in the club. Assistance dogs are of course allowed everywhere.
Do I need to bring bed linen?
Bed linen is provided in the rooms and apartments. You must bring your own towels if you are staying in an apartment. Towels are provided in the hotel rooms.
Does my room or apartment automatically have a sea view?
Not all accommodations have a sea view. This is awarded according to availability. A surcharge will be charged for this.
Payment methods
In the club you can use the following payment methods: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard and cash. Ecocheques (Edenred/Pluxee/Monizze) are accepted (only for the stay).
Can I come by public transport?
If you come by train, you can take the coastal tram at Ostend station towards De Panne. The tram stops in front of our door at the 'Mariakerke Duinenkerkje' stop.
Can family members or friends travel afterwards?
It sometimes happens that an acquaintance, the children or friends come to visit briefly during your stay at Vayamundo. For people who travel after, we ask a contribution of €5.00 per person, per night. This way, together we can ensure an unforgettable experience for everyone. Additional meal tickets can be purchased at reception.
Is there parking provided at the Club itself?
• Our underground parking spaces are limited so reserve a space in advance when booking your stay | +32(0)78 156 100. They are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 2 p.m. on the day of departure.
• €7 per night (low season)
• €14 per night (high season) - (€15 from 2024)
Cycling
Our bicycle shed is free and only accessible to our guests.
Bicycle rental 1 km from the club.
Smoking
Our holiday club is 100% smoke-free.
Apartment cleaning
The apartment must be cleaned by the guest upon departure.
Beach Cabin
Beach cabin from June to September: €35.00 per day.
Residence tax
Tourist taxes per accommodation per night: €5.00
Laundry service
Laundry with washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
