Fine gastronomy in the heart of the Ardennes

Treat yourself to an exceptional culinary weekend, punctuated by flavors and gastronomic pleasure. Our chefs present two gastronomic evenings with creative menus, each paired with matching wines that enhance each dish. And to complete the experience: you'll stay on-site in a comfortable and relaxing setting.

  • 2 nights in a comfortable room

  • 2 extensive breakfast buffets

  • 1 dinner of 3 courses on Friday evening, served at the table, wine at will

  • 1 dinner of 4 courses on Saturday evening, served at the table, wine at will

  • Saturday evening aperitif: a glass of Spumante offered, with a festive welcome by the Hunting Horns of Houffalize

  • Free access to the swimming pool and fitness center


TIPS TODO

  • Visit to the Achouffe Brewery

  • Just outside the border lies Clervaux , in Luxembourg. A visit to the 12th-century Clervaux Castle is definitely worth it.

Friday evening

  • Starter
    Salmon Gravadlax with soft herbs, beetroot carpaccio, organic goat cheese cream and crispy broad bean croutons

  • Main course
    Cooked veal oyster, a variation of winter carrots, dark chocolate sauce and creamy parsnip puree

  • Dessert
    Vanilla roulade, melted caramel shavings and a touch of homemade whipped cream
     

Saturday evening

  • Glass of Spumante

  • Starter
    Vegetarian ravioli with wild mushrooms, hazelnut cream, a bunch of fresh herbs and a light vinaigrette

  • Main course
    Seasonal game, sweet potato puree, seasonal vegetables and cèpes espuma with a rich jus
    Cheeses from the Ardennes (local producers)
    Trio of matured cheeses, Liège syrup and fresh grapes

  • Dessert
    Intense Chocolate Rocher, with a melting caramel-hazelnut heart
