GASTRONOMY ON SATURDAY 15/02

  • Reception with bubbles

    • Served at the table

      • Extensive tapas plate

      • Ravioli with spinach and ricotta, sage butter

    • Buffet with a choice of

      • Fried skrei on the skin with mousseline sauce, confit of plum tomatoes, fried chiconnettes and mashed potatoes with leek

      • Oven-baked guinea fowl fillet with tarragon sauce, green beans and pine croquettes

      • Traybake of potatoes, cauliflower, bell pepper, red onion and mozzarella

    • Dessert buffet

      • Chocolate fountain with sweets and fruits

      • Heart of vanilla mousse and strawberry biscuit
         

  • White and red wine during the meal

  • Coffee + drinks (no spirits included - until 10:30 pm)

  • Dance the evening away in our dinner-dance setting until 10pm

  • For this extra cool and atmospheric experience, there is a supplement of €40/person on full or half board
